1. Introduction
The 天美传媒 (AV) 天美传媒 Scheme is operated by AV and is offered as a cost effective way for Victorians to be protected against the fees incurred when using ambulance services.
The AV 天美传媒 Scheme Business Rules are applicable to all Members and eligible Member Dependants included on the 天美传媒. In applying for or Renewing 天美传媒, the applicant/Member (and any Dependants included on a Family 天美传媒) agrees for the 天美传媒 Period:
- To be bound by the AV 天美传媒 Scheme Business Rules and AV Privacy Policy; and
- That AV may at any time vary or replace the 天美传媒 Scheme Business Rules and/or any or all of the 天美传媒 Fees, which will bind the Member with effect from the date on which the Business Rules and/or the 天美传媒 Fees are varied or replaced.
